Restoration of this site began in 2014
Parking: limited street parking is available for visitors
Habitat: Wetlands and over 30 acres of prairie habitat are being restored at Heritage Hills
Species observed: Bobolink, Western Meadowlark, Upland Sand Piper, Grasshopper Sparrow, along with geese and mallards. Switchgrass, Green Needlegrass, and Yarrow can all be found in the prairie.
